MainNet cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Authorized Users' failure to comply with these terms.

 

Site access may not be available at all times or in all areas. MainNet may permit you to enter this Site and/or deny entry to you, at any time and upon its sole discretion. MainNet reserves the right to, at any time: (a) modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Site (or any part thereof) without notice; and/or (b) restrict access to all or portions of this site to Authorized Users only.

MainNet and its subsidiaries (hereafter collectively: "MainNet") provide
users of this Site with access to certain content concerning MainNet, its products, services and Materials as a complimentary service for informational purposes only.
