Return Material Authorization (RMA)
MainNet makes every effort to provide

Should you encounter a problem with our equipment
or its installation, please open a new case via
our Customer Support Portal,
we will be happy to assist you with the analysis
and solution of the problem.
If any of your units is analyzed
as faulty, you will be requested to complete an
RMA Request Form with the unit details, and add
it to the open case in the customer support portal.
